Mash Hoagies has been serving Palm Bay since 1981, known for hearty hoagies, fresh salads, and our famous Cubans. Every sandwich is made with meats and cheeses sliced fresh daily, not packaged. From our homemade chicken, tuna, and egg salads to our signature chili, we take pride in serving real food made the right way—fresh, flavorful, and full of care.
From Brooklyn to Palm Bay
I’m Salvatore—most know me as Sonny G. I’m originally from Brooklyn, New York, and I’ve lived in Palm Bay since 2007. With more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, I know good food when I taste it. When I first ate at Mash, I loved the freshness and quality. So when I heard the restaurant was for sale, I knew I had to carry on its legacy and share that same great taste with more people.
